NEW CHURCH PLANNING
At Kingdom Structures our approach is a little different than most. First, we are asking the question how is the new church going to be paid. Is this facility going to be financed, cash or a combination of both.
After a few more financial questions we can establish a maximum allotted construction budget. From this budget we can then began the process of building size and ministry needs. We like to align these as close as possible.
RE-PURPOSE / RENOVATIONS
In todays environment many existing facilities are available that can be re-purposed for Ministry. Not necessarily is this a cheaper way to go but is most certainly worth the exercise to find out. Existing facilities generally have site improvements which offset some of the expense to move walls, add offices, classrooms and restroom facilities. In 2006, FOX-CMC successfully re-purposed The Garden Oaks Theater in Houston, Texas. This was an icon in Houston since its opening in 1947. Today it is serving the community for God’s purpose as a church. Bring us your visions and ideas. We can add our experience to come up the project budget.

CHURCH LOAN CONSULTANTS
Kingdom Structures is not a lender. We do offer consulting services to broker the project to national and local church lenders. Many of our relationships stand ready to finance our projects. We are also affiliated with lenders that we recommend.
